 TEL3 Concierge Project As technology evolves needs evolve too.  That is technology has made available tools to make the performance of tasks easier and more efficient.   In the past, the main communications tool for The Eastwood Lafayette III (TEL3) Condominium is its built-in PABX system supported by PLDT. Eventually this system has been abandoned. For Cable our building was once exclusive to Destiny Cable with one channel 33 (?) dedicated for viewing visitors at the lobby via a CCTV camera.  Eventually this has been scrapped to most especially when SkyCable acquired Destiny Cable and all analog lines of Destiny have been migrated to the encrypted digital lines of SkyCable which can only be viewed via decryption via SkyCable DigiBox.
